Regular servicing ensures your machine works efficiently and enhances machine life. At Duplex, we offer a variety of cost effective solutions to suit customers' requirements. We offer engineer call out or back to base servicing and repairs, carried out by our own team of Service Engineers. In addition, we also provide maintenance program offering regular on-site visits.

When you book a service, you can expect:
- A comprehensive examination of your appliance by one of our skilled Duplex service engineers.
- Replacement of any parts deemed necessary following the engineer’s assessment.
- A thorough electrical and safety evaluation.
- Safe disposal of any defective or replaced components.
- Please note, additional accessories may incur charges. We recommend discussing this with your Service Engineer or Service Manager.
Service Guarantee
Please be aware that Duplex's guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including battery deterioration.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or misuse of the cleaning machine which is not in accordance with the operating manual.
- Utilising the machine for purposes other than standard cleaning.
- The use of components not fitted or installed following Duplex’s instructions.
- Employing parts and accessories that are not certified Duplex components.
- Repairs or modifications performed by entities other than Duplex or its accredited representatives.

How long will it take Duplex to service my machine?
Service can usually be carried out in your home or place of work. Please submit the form above to lodge your servicing request, or speak to one of our Duplex experts on 1800 622 770 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and they will book you in for the next available day that is convenient for you.
What time will the Duplex Service Engineer arrive?
When you book a service, your Duplex consultant/service manager will advise you which day your Service Engineer/Technician is able to visit. Your Service Engineer will try to contact you prior to your appointment to confirm time of arrival.
How do I get my Duplex machine serviced?
Please kindly contact our Duplex service manager who will discuss your query over the phone and, if required, book a service for you. Usually a Duplex Service Engineer can call at your home/business premises, or at another convenient address to service your machine.
If a Duplex Service technician is required, and you wish to claim under the terms of Duplex guarantee/service agreement, your Duplex Service technician will need to see your proof of purchase/delivery note before the work can begin. If you have an extended warranty policy, you will need to show your certificate of insurance as well.
