Cleaning vehicle interior trims, dashboards, and vents is crucial for maintaining a clean and hygienic cabin environment. Traditional methods like scrubbing with soapy water can be effective but may leave trims damp for a long time. Superheated dry steam offers a superior alternative, cleaning chemically free, thermally sanitising, deodorising, and leaving the trims mostly dry. It also effectively cuts through layers of protectants that build up over time.

Step 1

Attach Triangle Tool: Equip the JetSteam with the triangle tool, clamping a clean cotton or microfiber cloth over its head.

Step 2

Steam Cleaning: Start from the top of the trims or dash, steaming down in vertical passes or circular motions. Ensure the tool head contacts the surface to melt grime effectively.

Step 3

Cloth Maintenance: Replace the cloth with a fresh one as soon as it becomes too wet or dirty.

Step 1

Prepare Upholstery Tool: Attach the upholstery tool with a brush attachment to the JetVac.

Step 2

Steam Brushing: Steam brush the trims, dash, and vents to break down soiling.

Step 3

Remove Emulsified Grime: After steaming, either use a clean, absorbent cloth to remove the grime or vacuum it up. If vacuuming, remove the brush attachment for better suction, or replace a bristle strip with a squeegee for more effective cleaning.

*Avoid using the Stainless Steel Upholstery Tool on leather or trims to prevent scratches.
