Gastro Outbreaks Cleaning

Step 1

Equipment Setup: Use a steam machine capable of reaching over 60°C. Attach a triangle swivel tool.

Step 2

Preparation: Secure a microfiber or cotton cloth to the triangle tool.

Step 3

Steam Treatment: Sweep the tool over affected areas such as kitchen surfaces, dining areas, and any other high-risk zones. The steam's high temperature is effective in killing Salmonella bacteria at all stages of development.

Steam above 60°C effectively kills gastro-causing viruses at all stages, from eggs to adults.

Ensure areas are ventilated post-cleaning to aid drying.
