Our machines boast a substantial 40-litre water capacity tank, enabling continuous operation. Utilising steam power, they dramatically reduce water consumption by up to 90%, offering significant savings on water and cleaning agents. EASY AND SIMPLE
The cleaning process is swift, taking just 15 minutes once the temperature surpasses 100ºC. Remarkably, this entire process is achieved without the use of any chemicals, eliminating the need for wastewater treatment and the use of hazardous cleaning agents.
SAFE REMOVAL OF TARTARES & TANNINS
Our steam machines are highly effective in removing residual bitter tannins and melting tartrates from old barrels. They offer additional benefits beyond cleaning, such as rehydrating oak barrels during storage. Moreover, the cleaning process creates a natural vacuum in the barrel. By inserting a bung into the hole, leaks can be quickly identified and addressed.
