Regular Service and Spare Support
To ensure your machine runs effectively and efficiently, we recommend servicing it with your local dealer every six months.
Duplex Cleaning Machines offers regular service checks. All parts not covered by warranty will incur charges. The maintenance includes only the repairs and services listed in the schedule.
Labour and call-out charges for other repairs will be at standard rates, along with any replacement parts needed, unless covered by warranty.
Only Duplex authorised service engineers can perform repairs on machines under this agreement. Unauthorised repairs will void the maintenance agreement.
Before each service, our engineer or service coordinator will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

When you book a service, you can expect:
- A comprehensive examination of your appliance by one of our skilled Duplex service engineers.
- Replacement of any parts deemed necessary following the engineer’s assessment.
- A thorough electrical and safety evaluation.
- Safe disposal of any defective or replaced components.
Service Guarantee
Please be aware that Duplex's guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including battery deterioration.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or misuse of the cleaning machine which is not in accordance with the operating manual.
- Utilising the machine for purposes other than standard cleaning.
- The use of components not fitted or installed following Duplex’s instructions.
- Employing parts and accessories that are not certified Duplex components.
- Repairs or modifications performed by entities other than Duplex or its accredited representatives.
